1. Definitions
“We”, “Us”, and “Our” refer to Hampton Chauffeurs Mayfair.
“You” and “Customer” refer to the person or organisation making the booking.
“Service” refers to all transport services provided by us.
2. Bookings
All bookings must be made in advance via our website, phone, or email.
A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation from us.
It is your responsibility to ensure that all booking details are accurate, including pickup time, location, and passenger numbers.
3. Payments
Full payment will be required at the time of booking.
We accept bank transfer or card payment.
Any outstanding balance must be paid before when booking unless otherwise agreed.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
All bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
As we allocate vehicles, time, and resources in advance, cancellations or changes made after booking will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
In the rare event that we are unable to fulfil your booking, a full refund or suitable alternative will be offered.
5. Waiting Time
We allow a reasonable waiting time:
Airport pickups: up to 60 minutes after landing
Standard pickups: up to 15 minutes
Additional waiting time may be charged.
6. Passenger Responsibility
Passengers must behave respectfully at all times.
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate a journey if a passenger is abusive, unsafe, or under the influence of drugs/alcohol to a disruptive level.
Any damage caused to the vehicle will be charged to the customer.
7. Luggage
Passengers are responsible for ensuring their luggage fits within the vehicle capacity.
We are not liable for loss or damage to luggage unless caused by our negligence.
8. Delays
While we aim to provide a punctual service, we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including:
Traffic conditions
Weather
Road closures
Accidents
We will always make reasonable efforts to minimise delays.
9. Child Seats
Child seats are available upon request.
It is the customer’s responsibility to request these at the time of booking and ensure suitability.
10. Liability
We are fully licensed and insured.
Our liability is limited to the value of the booking.
We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including missed flights or appointments.
11. Changes to Bookings
Any changes must be requested as soon as possible.
We will do our best to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability.
12. Privacy
We are committed to protecting your personal data.
Any information collected will only be used for booking and service purposes.

13. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen events.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
